Each member of our staff is an experienced HR professional with expertise in his/her area of Human Resources.  Our team has real world HR experience working in a variety of industries.  We live in the region where most of our clients and their employees live. We understand the human resource challenges facing many businesses in western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina.

As an HR management professional for the last 30+ years, I understand the impact that a well-designed and managed HR function can have on a company. There are a myriad of HR functions that all employers must address, i.e., legal compliance, recruitment, selection, compensation, payroll, benefits, training, performance management, discipline and termination.  At Carolina HR, we manage our client’s day-to-day payroll and benefits administration and we provide professional HR management support in all other areas of HR.

I founded Carolina HR in 2004 to provide employers with a cost-effective way to manage their Human Resource needs so that they could focus on the core aspects of their businesses. Based on feedback we have received from our clients and their continued loyalty over many years, I believe Carolina HR provides a valuable service.
